Housing and travel letters are administrative support correspondence, not clinical assessments or clinician-issued evidence. Customers must obtain any required professional evidence independently.

Orders and fulfillment

Fees are shown before payment. Requests are reviewed by support. A payment receipt confirms payment, not approval or document issuance. Incomplete requests may require follow-up. USA has no renewal service.

Refunds and delivery

Contact support before placing an order for the applicable delivery estimate and refund terms. Checkout remains closed until service pricing, delivery and refund terms are finalized.
